The next day he recieved a call from Vikas and he offered him a role in a tv serial.In 2015, he appeared in a Tv Serial “Warrior High” as “Parth Samthaan”. In the same year, he appeared in a tv series “Adhuri Kahani Hamari”. He was also casted in “Pyar tune kya kiya” in the following year. In 2016, he appeared in “Pardes Mein Hai Mera Dil”.

In 2018, He was starred in a Sony tv historical drama serial “Porus” as titular Warrior,for which he recieved training. He learned rowing, sword fighting, horse riding .Even he got injured while shooting for that drama once. That drama is the most expensive shows in the history of “Indian Television”,with a roughly INR 500 crores budget (roughly USD 70 million).

Porus is a historical drama Television series that depicts the lives of Indian warriors and kings of the Paurava Kingdom Porus and Alexander the Great, King of Macedonia, during the Battle of the Hydaspes. He got quite famous after that. In 2019, Karan Johar announced the news of his acting debut with the Bollywood film “Dostana 2” as a second lead.

He was scheduled to debut with Johar’s production Dostana 2 in 2021, which he also began filming in November 2019, but it has been delayed and then shelved.He was also gearing up to debut with Johar and Shashank Khaitan’s love triangle Bedhadak but the film was shelved.Laksh was selected for the role after going through a rigorous selection process that included auditions and photoshoots.In the same year, he signed a four-film contract with the Dharma Productions.
